Growing up as a figure skater, I had some awesome coaches and community. But after sports, I felt lost and didn’t have a purpose in my fitness anymore. I lost my identity as an athlete.
Over the years, I rebuilt what being an athlete meant for me and discovered hybrid sports along the way. If you feel like I did, I want to help you go from lost to feeling like an athlete again and equip you to reach your athletic potential!
I’m a hybrid coach and athlete. I’ve been an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer since 2018, I’m a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and the 2025 Deka Strong (25-29) AG World Champion! But my proudest achievements have been coming back after an ACL reconstruction in 2022 and earning my Deka trifecta and racing a Hyrox solo during pregnancy in 2024!

Just want a solid, independent program to follow, but don’t need the coaching features? DIY Hybrid Strength is the same program, but fully independent with zero coaching!
DIY is only available in 3 days/week because I want to make sure you get a solid base of training + the specific race prep you need to succeed.
It’s a choose your own adventure!
DIY Base Program - 3 days/week (reoccurring so you can keep working between events)
Race Prep Add-On’s - 2 day/week for specific time frames (6-12 weeks)
DIY is also designed to be more affordable so you can train without breaking the bank (because hybrid racing is already expensive enough!)
