Each session is 1 hour in length and can be scheduled at whatever frequency you want (2-3 times weekly is recommended)

Each session is tailored to your specific goals, whatever that may be! Weight loss, muscle gain, minor rehabilitation, health improvement, sport specific goals, etc.

Fitness Consultation


Time to Set Goals or Measure Progress! (recommended every 2-4 months)

  • Goal setting

  • InBody assessment (In Person sessions only)

  • Fitness test for aerobic capacity

  • Fitness tests for muscular endurance, and

  • Fitness test for flexibility.
